01I · The arrival
Three in the morning, and somebody answers.
A future guest opens your site from another time zone. The conversation opens under your brand, on your domain, with a face — not an anonymous bubble, not a form.
This site’s conversation, exactly as a visitor opens it — on the telephone in their hand.
02II · The conversation
He answers in the guest’s language.
Your guests do not all arrive in the house’s language. A question asked in English is answered in English, in the same exchange — and the answer comes only from knowledge you have approved.
A real exchange, captured in English on this site’s conversation.
03III · The voice
A guest can simply speak to him.
The voice lives in the browser — no telephone, no outbound call. With the visitor’s consent, and interruptible: nobody has to wait for a sentence to finish before taking over.
The voice panel, open on the conversation in progress.
04IV · The knowledge
What he is allowed to say comes from here.
Texts, pages, documents: every source is filed, reviewed, approved. What your approved knowledge does not prove, Cerfi refuses to invent — he passes it on.
The real knowledge studio, on fictional sources — the customer space is in French today.
05V · The appointment
Real slots, in your real calendar.
The slots offered are your calendar’s, not a decorative grid. The guest picks one, the confirmation goes out by e-mail under your brand, and the appointment is written where your team already reads it.
“The slots genuinely available” — Cerfi’s own words, in service on this site.
06VI · The handover
What commits the Maison returns to the Maison.
A complaint, a gesture, an unusual case: Cerfi does not decide. He prepares it, documents it and submits it to you — with the time window shown. Never in silence.
The real validation centre, on invented requests — the customer space is in French today.
07VII · The incarnation
One Cerfi. The face is yours.
Your Maison picks a portrait from the approved library — or uploads its own — then gives it a name, a title and a register. Your guests meet that incarnation, and only that one.
A portrait from the approved library — one of those this site’s conversation may wear before a visitor opens it.
