Maison & Manufacture CerfLand
The Method

Read before
producing.

Three disciplines, one atelier. A proprietary method that produces in four to six weeks what the market spends fifteen to twenty on.

Augmented Direction

Our proprietary method.

Maison & Manufacture CerfLand brings three disciplines under one roof. Mastering all three at once is what sets our method apart from classic agencies and AI-first agencies alike.

I

Human art direction

Concept, script, casting, art direction. This layer stays one hundred percent human. It carries the signature of the Maison.

II

Traditional cinematic capture

On-location shooting, physical talent, broadcast equipment — Sony Venice and ARRI Alexa. For campaigns that demand the absolute authenticity of a place or a presence.

III

Governed generative capabilities

Higgsfield, Runway Gen-4, OpenAI Sora, Kling AI, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ElevenLabs. They multiply production without diluting it. Every use is disclosed.

A classic agency masters only the first. An AI-first agency masters only the third. The Maison masters all three under one discipline.

The cycle

Three movements. Three disciplines.

01

Reading

A serious diagnostic of your presence. What holds. What is missing. What harms. A written document of twelve to one hundred twenty pages depending on the plan.

02

Architecture

Building the right form. The right workforce. The right line. The right cadence. An editorial canon of twenty to one hundred fifty pages depending on the plan.

03

Deployment

Activation of the collaborators. Production. Continuous supervision. Monthly adjustments. A regular editorial committee with a Senior CerfLand Director.

Three to six weeks to deliver what the market spends fifteen to twenty on — with no editorial dilution between successive agencies.

The first 90 days

Here is what happens in practice.

  1. Day 1 to 3

    Initial conversation

A ninety-minute initial conversation with a Senior Director. The engagement framework is signed. First deposit. Mutual NDA signed.

  2. Week 1

    Audit delivered

A document of twelve to one hundred twenty pages depending on the plan. Gaps, refusals and priorities identified. Dated and signed delivery.

  3. Week 2 to 3

    Workforce design

Each digital collaborator is personalised: names chosen with you, tone calibrated, validation rules set. A first editorial canon submitted for your approval.

  4. Week 4

    Operational deployment

Cerfi installed. First editorial agent active. First ninety-day calendar validated with you. First production launched.

  5. Month 2 to 3

    Continuous production

Monthly editorial committee established. First publications. First ninety-day KPI report, designed to be read by your executive committee.

Governance

Who decides what.

No sensitive decision is left to a digital collaborator. A human chain of validation frames every sensitive output. The client retains an unlimited right of revision within the window set by their plan.

Any production assisted by generative AI is disclosed to the client beforehand. The client retains a right of veto at every stage. AI-generated faces are noted in the legal mentions of the deliverable.

A policy compliant with the EU AI Act 2024 and the CerfLand Charter of Augmented Direction.

One initial conversation is enough to begin.

Thirty minutes. No sales pitch. To determine the right plan — or to tell you honestly that the Maison is not right for you.
