Plans
Which plan should I choose if I am starting out?+
ÉMERGENCE (8,700 € excl. VAT / 90 days) for revenue under 500 K€, ATELIER (5,800 € excl. VAT / month) for 500 K€ to 3 M€. A thirty-minute initial conversation determines the right level.
Can I move up a plan during the engagement?+
Yes. The canon built at one level transfers to the higher plan without starting over. Moving up a plan is decided case by case, when activity volume and brand maturity justify it.
Are prices negotiable?+
No. The published prices are the applied prices. No discounts. No negotiation. The plans are designed to be fair.
Commitment
What is the minimum commitment?+
3 months for ÉMERGENCE, 6 months for ATELIER, 12 months for MAISON and DOMAINE, 18 months for DIRECTION PRIVÉE.
Can I stop before the end?+
No. The minimum commitment is contractual. Deposits paid are non-refundable. It is the condition of service quality.
What happens at the end of the engagement?+
All assets belong to you. A full handover of files, configurations and editorial canons. You may continue without the Maison — or renew.
Digital Workforce
How many digital collaborators per plan?+
The Maison does not sell an agent headcount: each plan activates directed capabilities (production, presence, operations, Cerfi) that widen from ÉMERGENCE to DIRECTION PRIVÉE, under human governance.
Is my data used to train AI models?+
No. No client data is used to train third-party models. European (EU) hosting; some technical processing outside the EU, under safeguards.
Can the digital collaborators be renamed?+
Yes. Once per engagement, a full renaming of an agent is free. Additional renamings: 800 € excl. VAT/agent.
Confidentiality & GDPR
Are your clients named publicly?+
No. No client is named publicly without explicit written consent. A perpetual mutual NDA at engagement.
Where is data stored?+
Your data is hosted on European (EU) infrastructure. Some technical processing (including AI) may involve non-EU providers under contractual safeguards — see our privacy policy. We design our AI practices in line with GDPR and consistent with the EU AI Act; human governance and AI transparency are built into our approach.
How do I exercise my GDPR rights?+
Write to dpo@cerfland.fr. A reply within 30 days. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, restriction and withdrawal of consent.
Stripe
Are Stripe payments secure?+
Yes. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. No banking data passes through our servers.
Can I stop my Stripe subscription at any time?+
You may stop the automatic payment at any time after the contractual minimum commitment. Before that term, stopping the payment triggers settlement of the balance due.
Are there any hidden payments?+
No. All fees are announced at subscription. No hidden commission. Stripe fees are borne by Maison CerfLand.
