Absolute confidentiality
A perpetual mutual NDA signed at engagement. European (EU) hosting; some technical processing outside the EU, under safeguards. No client cited publicly without written consent.

European data governance
Your data is hosted on European (EU) infrastructure. Some technical processing (including AI) may involve non-EU providers under contractual safeguards — see our privacy policy.

AI transparency (Augmented Direction)
Any production assisted by generative AI is disclosed to the client beforehand. The client keeps a right of veto at every stage. AI faces are noted in the legal notices.

Enforceable timeframes
Precise contractual guarantees by plan. Late penalties provided in the contract. No drift without a signed amendment.

Full handover
At the end of the engagement, all assets (canons, agent configurations, intellectual property, bespoke agents, virtual influencer) remain the client's property in perpetuity.

No conflict of interest
One client house per category/geography. No direct investment in client houses. No parallel structure. No side pocket.

Transparent framing
No engagement signed before a documented initial framing. You know exactly what you are buying before signing. No hidden pricing.

Regulatory framework
We design our AI practices in line with GDPR and consistent with the EU AI Act; human governance and AI transparency are built into our approach. Reference frameworks: GDPR 2018 (EU 2016/679) · EU AI Act 2024 (EU 2024/1689) · French Data Protection Act · ARPP directive · AMF/SEC/FCA framework for listed houses.

Option of early termination
After the minimum term, contract termination with 90 to 180 days notice by engagement. No penalty.
