Absolute confidentiality
A perpetual mutual NDA signed at engagement. Storage in France or Switzerland exclusively. No client cited publicly without written consent.

Data sovereignty
Data hosted in France or Switzerland. A quarterly GDPR audit. No storage in third countries without prior agreement and a reinforced clause.

AI transparency (Augmented Direction)
Any production assisted by generative AI is disclosed to the client beforehand. The client keeps a right of veto at every stage. AI faces are noted in the legal notices.

Enforceable timeframes
Precise contractual guarantees by plan. Late penalties provided in the contract. No drift without a signed amendment.

Full handover
At the end of the engagement, all assets (canons, agent configurations, intellectual property, bespoke agents, virtual influencer) remain the client's property in perpetuity.

No conflict of interest
One client house per category/geography. No direct investment in client houses. No parallel structure. No side pocket.

Transparent framing
No engagement signed before a documented initial framing. You know exactly what you are buying before signing. No hidden pricing.

Option of early termination
After the minimum term, contract termination with 90 to 180 days notice by engagement. No penalty.
