Any production assisted by generative AI is disclosed to the client beforehand.
The client keeps a right of veto at every stage. AI-generated faces are noted in the legal notices.

Late penalties provided for in the contract. No drift without a signed amendment.

Full handover
At the end of the engagement, every asset remains the client’s property in perpetuity.

Option of early termination
After the minimum term, the contract ends with 90 to 180 days’ notice, depending on the engagement.

No engagement before a documented framing. A perpetual mutual NDA signed, the Terms of Sale annexed to the proposal.
