We publish our ranges because a house has the right to know what it is entering. The exact price depends on the ambition of the piece — we set it together, by quotation, for bespoke work. Three doors: a fixed price with a fixed scope, a production engaged on a commercial proposal, a quotation for large platforms and ecosystems. Each opens with a framing conversation.
What the price buys: a piece, not a template — a direction set before the screen, a mockup that lives before it is coded, one atelier from design to going live, and performance targets set at the design stage and measured at delivery. Each card states what you receive, the timeline, the engagement and what stays outside the price.

How does a CerfLand site differ from an agency site?
The gap is structural: art direction, motion written like a scene, performance targets set at the design stage and measured at launch, a piece designed for your house rather than adapted from a template. We design pieces, not templates.

Why publish ranges rather than a single price?
Because a bespoke piece has no single price. The range tells the truth of the market; the exact price, we set together according to the ambition of the screen.

What do you pay on ordering?
Every piece begins with a framing conversation. For a small scope, a fixed price, confirmed after that conversation and an estimate. For a committing production, payment terms are set out in the commercial proposal. For a platform or an ecosystem, nothing before the quotation.

Do you do both web and mobile?
Yes — sites, web and mobile applications (iOS, Android), platforms, under one roof. Store fees and media-space purchases are extra, in full transparency.

Who maintains the piece afterwards?
Our Sérénité contract: updates, security, managed hosting, measurement and live-ops, from delivery. On the order of 15 to 20% of the development cost per year for complex pieces.

And artificial intelligence?
When a component is generated or driven by artificial intelligence, we disclose it in a legal notice, in compliance with the EU AI Act.
