From the subscription to the first approved reply.
Eight steps: the subscription on the formulas page, then seven in your space, in the order it presents them. Nothing reaches your clients before you have decided it.

Before you start
- A CerfLand account, created with the e-mail address of the person who will manage Cerfi.
- Your Maison’s name, as your clients know it.
- A text that presents your services (one page of your website is enough to begin).
- Access to your website if you want the conversation on it: the line to paste is described in the installation guide.
The eight steps to go live
Your space shows these steps in the same order, on the «Mise en route» page, and ticks each one itself when it is really done.
An active formula
On screen: «Formule active»
Choose your formula, enter your Maison’s name, accept the terms, then pay on Stripe’s secure page. Your space opens as soon as the payment is confirmed. Today, online subscription runs in a test environment: no real payment.

Brand and experience published

Give Cerfi your Maison’s name and tone, then publish. Until it is published, nothing changes for your visitors.

Choose the languages in which Cerfi answers your visitors.

Trade chosen (sector know-how)
On screen: «Métier choisi (savoir-faire sectoriel)»
Choose your trade’s know-how (real estate, hospitality, spa…). It frames what Cerfi may say and what it hands over to a person.

The Maison’s knowledge approved
On screen: «Connaissances de la Maison approuvées»
Add a text, a document (.txt, .pdf, .docx) or a link, then approve it. Cerfi relies only on what you have approved.

Autonomy mode confirmed
On screen: «Mode d’autonomie confirmé»
Confirm the mode: by default (Semi-automatique, with no per-capability setting), every reply Cerfi prepares waits for the approval of a person of your Maison; only the technical appointment messages and the acknowledgement of a complaint leave on their own. Automatic mode requires an explicit agreement.

A successful test conversation
On screen: «Conversation d’essai réussie»
From the «Mise en route» page, start the test conversation: a visitor question takes the same path as a real visit, marked as a test. The test succeeds when Cerfi answers it, or prepares a reply for approval.

When everything is ready, click «Mettre Cerfi en service». The Dashboard checks every step before it accepts.

Then, day to day
- À valider — the replies Cerfi prepares wait for your approval before they leave.
- Clients — every person who writes has a card, with the history of their exchanges.
- Abonnement — your invoices, your payment method and cancellation, at any time, from your space.
