When a client receives your card, they feel it. They hear it land on the wood. They keep it. A paper card ends up in a bin — a metal card ends up in a drawer, next to the watches.

Designed by the Maison and produced with selected specialist partners. Configurations, materials, finishes and design examples are presented to you according to the project — we publish only what we hold the rights to, and no third party’s card is shown here as an example of our work.

Individual study

Each series is the subject of an individual proposal, which covers standard engraving and the NFC chip; boxes, leather cases and bespoke options (stone setting, 24K gilding, numbered series beyond 100 pieces) are studied case by case within it. Manufacturing is entrusted to specialist partners according to the project: the final amount depends on quantity, material, finish, the partner selected, technical constraints, the place of delivery or installation and the scope of the project, and is set in the signed proposal.

Full-grain vegetable-tanned leather, natural or black finish. Gold or silver foiling of the personalised name.

    Reply within 24 business hours

    The Maison’s management replies; feasibility, finish, lead time and the signed quote will follow once we have studied your series.

  2. II

    Mockup to approve

    On the schedule set once we have studied your series: a 1:1 mockup with simulated engraving, finishes to choose, a case proposed.

  3. III

    Partner production

    Made by selected specialist partners according to the project: laser or chemical engraving, PVD application, hand polishing, serial numbering — coordinated by the Maison.

  4. IV

    Signature delivery

    Delivery terms set out in the proposal, according to the place and the series.

Card and NFC chip warranty

Warranty: terms set out in the final proposal, according to the manufacturing partner’s terms.

1:1 mockup before production

On the schedule set once we have studied your series. No commitment before approval of the 1:1 mockup.

Absolute confidentiality

Your details and NFC data are passed only to the manufacturing partner, to encode your series — never sold. European (EU) hosting; some technical processing outside the EU, under safeguards.

Non-conforming series

In case of a visual or functional defect: terms set out in the final proposal, according to the manufacturing partner’s terms.

Production · specialist partners

Maison & Manufacture CerfLand handles the design, art direction, customisation, partner selection, production coordination, quality control, delivery and concierge service of every order.

The physical production of the metal, NFC and noble-wood cards is entrusted to selected specialist partners according to the project; the Maison does not manufacture itself and holds no stock.

Materials, finishes, lead time and warranty are set out in the final proposal. Every order is governed by Maison CerfLand’s terms of sale, available at cerfland.fr/fr/legal/cgv.
